BREEAM
Our Suitably Qualified Security Specialists provide Security Needs Assessments (SNA) and SABRE Assessments in compliance with HEA 06, supporting your BREEAM and sustainability aspirations.
We work with the professional team to ensure any recommendations provided through the SNA are appropriate and achievable within the scheme. Supporting you with stakeholder consultations to align the SNA with Secure by Design (SbD) where required.

Security Risk Assessment
A Security Risk Assessment is a critical starting point to support any decision making on the implementation of physical security measures with an aim to mitigate risks to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP). Our Security Risk Assessment’s follow the ISO:31000 Risk Management principles and guidelines providing a golden thread to coordinate between risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment and continuous review.

Planning
Physical security is becoming increasingly integral to planning applications and is not only assessed by planners but also local law enforcement. Getting your project off to the right start is crucial for the project programme; Cordless can support your planning applications with a Crime Impact Assessment that discharges local and national security planning requirements, also providing a clear security strategy that aligns to the requirements of relevant stakeholders and initiatives such as Secure by Design (SbD).

Security Design
We provide risk based electronic and physical security designs that meet the technological and operational aspirations of our clients. All of our security designs are based around sound security strategies to provide defence-in-depth to your building. Protective Security – Counter Terrorism
