At Meta, Kings Cross, on Tuesday 4th June, the setting is designed to enhance local biodiversity and staff well-being. Meanwhile, on Wednesday 5th June, at The Ministry of Sound in Borough, delegates will convene in a beautifully converted warehouse.

DAY ONE | SMART TECHNOLOGIES
Day one will explore how new technologies are shaping the built environment and the new world of work. Leading thinkers and industry practitioners come together to debate trends and explore ways to best enhance assets of space, technology and people.
Key themes include shaping cities, the future of London and placemaking, sustainable futures, ESG and how new technologies and intelligent buildings can become more economic for owners and more functional, and safe, for occupiers.

Day two of The Unworking Conference is focused on workplace experience. Learn how to create a great workplace experience that makes your employees happy and drives better business outcomes with leading thinkers and industry visionaries. We will explore a holistic approach to creating an optimal environment for employees to do their work. Focusing on Space – the physical surroundings in which employees do their work. Technology – the systems and tools employees use to do their jobs. People – the relationships, policies, and cultural standards that impact how work is done.
