Cordless is supporting Pioneer Group on this ambitious 300,000 sq. ft project that will blend heritage and innovation — retaining original features such as the ballroom, brass work, and Italian marble lobby, while introducing 220,000 sq. ft of Grade A, wet lab-enabled space.
As AV and Smart Building consultants, Cordless Consultants will help deliver an amenity-rich, connected workplace that supports Pioneer Group’s growth-focused ecosystem — powered by intuitive digital infrastructure and live data insights.
