International Real Estate Advisor and Developer Pembroke has selected Cordless to provide IT and AV Design Consultancy for the refurbishment of 41 Lothbury, London.

The Team

MTT, Real PM, Stiff & Trevillion

The Challenge

Underpinned by high performance IT, AV, Collaboration and Multimedia and Smart Building technologies, the project will create an iconic office space in the heart of London’s square mile. The aspiration is to provide premium office space within a Grade II listed building which has already secured a world-class occupier in a pre-let agreement.

Cordless will support the project from vision through to design and implementation ensuring the property has pervasive technology throughout – to give great amenity access, whilst remaining sympathetic to the original building’s features.

Resilient and robust building connectivity to WiredScore Platinum standard will be provided through an Enterprise Grade Building Data Network. This will enable Wi-Fi and Mobile Coverage in all common areas.

Safety and Security will be addressed with Occupancy Measurement, Frictionless and Open Building Security and Location Based Services.

A Smart and Sustainable Building will integrate building systems for actionable intelligence; plus a Building Sensor Network will provide measurement and management of services including Heating and Lighting Control and Energy Management. An improved Occupier Experience will be achieved through connectivity to a Building/Community App.

Ultimately, realising a Smart Building environment will provide a flexible use destination space offering a first-class service for all employees, visitors and meeting and event participants.
