The Results
The project has enabled the business to live its values, reimagine the workplace, and create a space that reflects who they are.
The office has achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC B rating, demonstrating commitment to reducing environmental impact.
During the design and fit-out, the project focused on ESG, re-use and recycling, tracking an 82% reduction in embodied carbon and reduced water use by around 25% compared to similar office refurbishments.
The office is designed with its people in mind, supporting wellbeing and a variety of spaces and zones for different purposes and ways of working.
