The Results
The Gleeds new London hub is located in the 56,000 sq ft BREEAM 2018 ‘Excellent’ Berners & Wells development in the heart of Fitzrovia, designed with sustainability, wellness, and flexibility at its core.
Gleeds’ flagship HQ stretches across three floors and features open-plan working spaces and a rooftop. The lower ground floor is designed as a multi-purpose event space to bring colleagues, business and industry together.
The building, designed by Emrys Architects, is fully electric for energy services, and is in line with Gleeds’ low carbon property strategy. The office is designed to achieve a Gold SKA rating, setting a new standard for a collaborative and sustainable workspace.
Cordless was part of a hand-picked project team, supporting Gleeds to explore innovative ways to complete the project in budget, on time, and in line with the wants and needs of their staff.
