Throughout the design and delivery of the project, Cordless worked closely with Pension Insurance Corporation, the design team and contractor to optimise all ESG aspects, both during the construction phase and ultimately for the building in use, through the deployment of a range of Smart Technologies.

• The project ranks in the top 1% of new office fit-outs, being on track to achieve WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding certifications.
• 100% of construction waste was diverted from landfill
• The project exceeded standard industry practice for the office fit-out sector by measuring and minimising embodied carbon throughout the design and delivery stages of the project and by offsetting the residual embodied carbon from the project.
• All operational electricity will be procured from renewable sources.
• Optimisation of the building in use through the deployment of enterprise level solutions delivering energy efficient operation, sustainability management, space scheduling and digital workplace management via:
• An integrated smart workplace management platform for desktop and mobile applications for space scheduling and utilisation analytics.
• An integrated smart operations platform for desktop to augment the service management and energy efficient operation.
• An integrated smart sustainability management platform for desktop to record and report ESG metrics.
• Reports and recommendations based on planned and actual utilisation of the workspace.
• Procurement of all operational electricity will be from renewable sources.
