Cordless is delighted to be joining the global launch event for SmartScore – the new Smart Buildings certification from WiredScore.

For the last eight years, WiredScore has been demystifying the complex world of technology in the built environment. Within that time, the real estate industry has evolved considerably, and so have user expectations. There now exists a demand for more inspiring, sustainable, cost-efficient and future proof spaces, all under the banner of ‘smart buildings’.

During this time, Cordless has continually engaged with WiredScore to aid in the evolution of their products. Most recently, as part of the WiredScore Smart Council Research Advisors to develop the framework for SmartScore, designed to serve both the owners and users of the buildings around the world to make technology in buildings smarter from day 1.

The new certification to be launched on 20 April champions cutting edge technology in real estate and provides a global standard. It will help identify best in class smart buildings that deliver exceptional user experiences, drive cost efficiencies, meet high standards of sustainability and are fully future-proof.

The event will be welcoming over 1,000 guests from around the world to the virtual launch, which is set to be a lively event, looking at how real estate is changing and how smart buildings will be instrumental in responding to that change.
