Deloitte University EMEA project to create innovative new Professional Development Centre

Cordless is providing IT and AV Consultancy to a number of European Deloitte member firms who are jointly investing in a new purpose-built professional development centre in France.

Based on a 260,000 square foot site in Val d’Europe close to Paris, the site will provide a state-of-the-art professional development environment for Deloitte employees in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The Cordless design incorporates a wireless first delivered network and integrated AV solution integrated with Building Management and smart networks.

The centre is formed of an intricate web of digitally enabled open spaces, accommodation and learning environments which will be supported by wireless first principles and smart designs including 260 bedrooms, multiple sizes of learning, networking and collaboration space, social areas, private and open dining, fitness facilities and a divisible ballroom.

The development is also being designed to BREEAM and WELL Building Standards to provide an optimum user experience.
