Bid and Office Co-ordinator required, London
Cordless is looking for a full-time Bid and Office Co-ordinator to provide Document and Bid Production with Office Support at our St James’s Park office.
- Managing company document production process, helping with design of documents, ensuring adherence to standards, proof reading and supporting the production of high-quality documents across the Sales, Marketing and Project operations.
- Helping support the day to day running of the office. This includes attending to staff, ensuring workstations and the office are running smoothly, greeting guests, answering and distributing inbound calls and email enquiries and being responsible for general office duties and security.
- Experience in document and bid production
- Experience in production of reports and other materials
- Design, desktop publishing capabilities and experience (InDesign/Word/PP)
- Experience in office management and administration
- Excellent software (MS Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) and typing skills
- Creative with a flair for developing great looking documents and other material
- Accurate, with an eye for detail, correct grammar and format
- Fun, energetic, assertive and highly focused
- Self-confident, proactive self-starter who thrives on challenge
- Reliable and happy working both alone and in a lively atmosphere
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard working, committed and dedicated
